Our strategy for PrimeSpines was built on one insight: patients researching chiropractic care use AI to evaluate providers before they make contact, and a practice not cited in those responses does not get considered. We focused on building the structured content and external citation network that AI systems need to surface PrimeSpines across the full range of spine health and pain management queries patients ask.
Condition and Symptom Intent Mapping
We mapped the AI query landscape across chiropractic and spine health intents: back pain, neck pain, sciatica, herniated disc, sports injury, and posture-related concerns. Each cluster was assessed against PrimeSpines’ existing cited page coverage to identify where the practice was absent and which intents offered the fastest path to new citation events.
Condition-Specific Content Built to Be Cited
We built structured content for each priority condition cluster: clear symptom framing, treatment explanation, and care process detail that AI systems can extract as a direct answer to a patient query. Each page was written to answer one question specifically. Broad practice descriptions do not generate citation events. Condition-specific content does.
